Statement of Purpose
Through our programming, Hope Unveil INC strives to:
- Restore hope and confidence for people with mental illness working towards recovery and trying to live fulfilling lives.
- Equip people with mental illness and their care networks with effective skills and strategies for navigating treatment
- Provide people affected by mental illness with proven tools to cope with stress and social stigma.
- Provide a safe space for people affected by mental health to express themselves and connect with others going through similar experiences.
- Improve self-worth for people with mental illness by encouraging new perspectives and attitudes about mental health.

Guiding Principles
We expect everyone who participates in Hope Unveil INC programs to abide by the following guiding principles:
- Participation in Hope Unveil INC virtual mentoring program is voluntary.
- Participation in Hope Unveil INC virtual mentoring program is free.
- Mentees and mentors should not share personal information or stories about other members outside the sessions.
- Mentees, mentors, and other stakeholders should always uphold, and honor Hope Unveil INC’s core values during their interactions with each other.
Hope Unveil INC will ensure that the information it provides is always up to date.
Peer Champions Support Groups
3rd Wednesday of every month Do you need a place to connect to a community for help? A place to feel safe to vent your frustrations and fear? To share your experience, difficult moments and emotions, a place to cry and not be judged? Are you tired of being alone and lacking the skills to cope with challenges? Join our Peer champions support group to get feedback on treatment options and gain a sense of empowerment, control and hope. Please follow with the register
Family Care Heros Support Groups
3rd Monday of every month Caring and advocating for your child or loved one is a journey of resilience, love and hope! There are so many aspects to brain disease. (Mental Health) – ensuring proper care from both medicine, therapy, education, finance, socialization, housing and long-term planning. At times, it can be overwhelming, exhausting and alone! However, I am sure you have heard many times, you are not alone! Caregivers stick together! Would it not be great to have someone to talk to that is also a caregiver? As you are advocating for your child/loved one, perhaps there is another parent/ caregiver that has been through it already and can help you navigate it. Are you having a challenge knowing where to turn for what? Join our family care heroes for support, education and encouragement.
